A warm welcome to Fathom Expeditions’ polar cruise world.

My veteran guide team and I have hand-crafted our upcoming South Georgia journey using knowledge gleaned from more than a decade marveling at South Georgia's unparalleled wildlife. Welcoming over 900,000 King Penguins, battling four-ton Elephant Seals, one million Macaroni Penguins, 22 million Antarctic Prions and thousands of Wandering and Grey-headed Albatross, South Georgia is the "Galapagos of the South".

The years have taught us that a polar cruise is often considered a lifetime trip. We appreciate and share this view and accordingly, we only operate a small, distinct collection of voyages annually in order to maximize the quality, benefits and rewards for our valued guests.
As in the past, we will be operating a wide range of daily activities on each trip. These will allow Fathom clients to achieve their personal goals whether on top of an Antarctic volcano, on the beach with king penguin chicks, amongst the icebergs with whales or in a Zodiac spying polar bears.
